Since I was very young, the need to feel free has vibrated in me. This questioning of whether I should “be a good person” or “act naturally from the spontaneity of my heart” created the need for inner research.

It was this passion for the functioning of the body, mind, emotions and spirit that led me to dedicate my life to transmitting this knowledge through different tools such as massage, foot reflexology, reiki and kinesiology.

My particular interest in bringing to light the root-cause of crystallised emotional memories in relation to the different incarnations and the generational line, has developed through various natural perceptions of kinaesthesia among others.

Very quickly the Tibetan Buddhist teachings, then other traditions of sages and shamans clearly led me to dedicate the priority of my life to the REALISATION OF THE SELF, THE ENLIGHTENMENT, THE EXPRESSION OF THE HEART.

PATH OF LIFE

Life led me to discover the teachings of Tibetan Dzogchen Buddhism passed down through the lineage of Dudjom Rinpoche.

When I heard that we are all Buddha Nature, my heart felt a huge relief.
For years I had been practising creative visualisation techniques (Shakti Gawain) and positive thinking (Louise Hay) to regain confidence in the person I thought I was at the time and felt so lost. There was no awareness of the Consciousness-Presence called God Buddha That Is.

When this discovery of Being That was made, there was an intense need to listen to the teachings that had been so precious and a vital accompaniment in each moment.

The visceral need to remain Free has always vibrated in my cells. That is why I never chose to join a sangha to follow formal practices and be bound by spiritual or other obligations. The same was true for the different traditions I came in contact with.

That is why I walked this path in a form of chosen solitude.

Then the discovery of Osho’s books was another trigger, because in the many written transcriptions of Osho’s oral teachings there was a connection with this “rebellious” way of speaking the TRUTH, free from any religious, scientific, philosophical or intellectual bondage.

Following the Masters “recognised as having realised the Nature of their Spirit” was essential in my heart.
Life continued to guide me towards the teachings of Advaita Vedanta through the wonderful transmissions of Mooji and these Masters Papaji and Sri Ramana Maharshi.

As if by chance, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj’s “I AM” had been in my library for years, among the inspirational books, and in the past I had only scratched its surface.

Then it was time to discover GANGA MIRA, thanks to the Eveil de Conscience association organised by Philippe Eknat in Paris.

In the same vein as Mooji, Ganga offers a radical teaching that was dazzling to Marie Paule’s mind.

Finally, my sincere thanks to this New Generation of Realised Beings who are free of any particular lineage and who transmit this knowledge in the Joy and simplicity of the heart Pierre Léré Guillemet and Gérald, Nassrine Reza, Dan Speerschneider, José Leroy, Marion and Gérard, Ginette Forget, Julie Ann, Betty, Caroline Branco and many more.

OTHER TEACHINGS

  • Vipassana Meditation: This 10-day practice of silence, transmitted by Gautama Buddha, is a powerful process of deep evolution in the experience of the discovery of inner non-silence.
  • Transmission of the teaching of the Emerald Tablets by Chamane Luma in Quebec. This special transmission came to me when life led me to be the keeper of the "crystal skulls", and guided me to Luma in this very initiating energy of the skulls.
  • 2 crystal skulls came into my life consecutively without me being prepared or even informed of it, which led me to some powerful experiences and made me travel to Costa Rica and Quebec.
  • Transmission of shamanic teachings Nicole Perla de Rocio Abuela Maka Ha in San Jose Costa Rica.
  • Transmission of teachings of the Amazonian Shaman Arutam Ruymán through the wisdom of plants on the island of Lanzarote.

  • Fasting and hiking (Gisberg and Gertrud Bölling Pioneers in France in the 70's). A real passion that has been integrated for more than 15 years in Marie-Paule's cells and is part of her natural life hygiene.
  • Aqua-Energy (following the lemniskape or 8 of infinity). A practitioner of Aqua-gym for more than 30 years, Marie Paule has created her own technique based on the knowledge of kinesiology.
